This new build project for a charity sector client, part funded by Mosscare and Mancat, involved the construction of a striking, contemporary, three storey building.  We rose to a series of challenges including stringent BREEAM standards, the logistics of the tight construction site and the need to bring in specialists to work on the innovative concrete frame.  The building, designed by Walker Simpson Architects, achieved a Bronze in the 2009 Rose Design Awards.
